Cancellation Policy
Deposits are nonrefundable.
We understand that situations may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your trip. Therefore, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations must be made at least ten (10) days prior to scheduled charter. With proper ten day notice, trips may be rescheduled (one time) without forfeiture of deposit and applied to the rescheduled trip under the same conditions.
Cancellations made within ten (10) days of scheduled charter shall forfeit deposit.
No-shows are an automatic forfeit of deposit and the credit card on file will be charged at the current half-day rate for two (2) people, less the deposit.
